About Me

I am a HUGE advocate for mental health, physical health, and spiritual health. I myself am a human! I am not perfect! So I understand the need to ask for professional help once in a while, or even on a regular basis. No shame here! I hope everyone can feel comfortable in my space.

My biggest supporters are my husband, my 2 amazing kids, my doggo, my extended family and friends. Quality time with each of those groups is super important to me. That time can be spent indoors watching movies, outdoors in the mountains, lakes, coulees, and occasionally beaches. I love skiing, traveling, playing the piano, going on walks, doing hot yoga, cozying up inside with a hot drink, playing sports, and going to the gym. Family is my everything!

I am a listener. If you know me, I am not the loudest in the room. I like to have fun, but I am an introvert! You will always catch me having a 1 on 1 convo with a friend. I have always loved people, and have been a compassionate friend.

As for massage, I graduated from the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy program April 2021. This was a 2200 hour hands on experience, accredited program. I am registered under the National Health Practitioners of Canada. I worked for a sports medicine clinic, worked from home, and am now offering travel massage! Some of my favourite treatments are for athletes, injury prevention/healing, 30 minute head and face massage, pre-natal, deep tissue, and obviously INFANT massage! I am living my dream being a stay at home mom, and working part time as a travelling massage therapist!
